I've made a number of simple improvements based on feedback from the people who played Deckbuild Arena this week:

- preview of card effects before playing them

- unique artwork for each card

- lowered volume of sound effects

- right click to view whole card (if it has gone off the bottom of the screen)

- max health indicator

- added one new card, many more to come!
